Testimonials:
This hands-on tour of the tabernacle feels like the visual link between the Old Testament and the New. As a parent, missionary and Sunday School Co-ordinator/Teacher, I have witnessed the "lights go on" in many young eyes through the depth and revelation of scripture in this curriculum.

The lessons that were learned from this Tabernacle Curriculum have continued, long after the last lesson was taught. While preparing, I was challenged and excited to keep digging deeper. Students challenged us with their questions, as they too wanted to dig deeper. Many lives were touched as both students and teachers were excited to talk about the Tabernacle to anyone who would listen.

At St. George's, we were looking for a new and exciting change in our Sunday School program and were delighted to find it in The Tabernacle-Journey to the Heart of God. It was so amazing to see how the seemingly unimportant details of the Tabernacle came alive to show how Jesus cares and was sacrificed for us. The hands on activities cemented the concept in the children's minds and hearts as the model took shape. We learned SO much.

This Tabernacle program was truly amazing! This study took the children right into the House of Gold. Each week something new was added..a gate, a candlestick, even a sheep. As the youth pastor of our church, it was a joy to see the children proudly display their very own tabernacles at the end of the year. Thanks Betty and Diane for your imaginative Walk-Through of God's House here on earth! We are already looking forward to your next program.

We have used the Tabernacle Curriculum and have discovered it to be a fascinating resource. The children anticipated each activity with enthusiasm and were inspired visually and spiritually with this "hands-on" experience. It was rewarding for us also, as leaders, to see how the children developed a clearer understanding of who God is, as they themselves journeyed through each phase of building their own tabernacles.

The children in Sunday School at Willowdale, C.R.C. have been greatly blessed by the tabernacle program. In fact, we had one family coming to Sunday School from the community just to complete the tabernacle. The teachers were also re-energized with this novel approach to Sunday School, and expressed a renewed enthusiasm for teaching and learning along with the children. Although it was more work than the traditional Sunday school program, the visual aids and additions to your own individual tabernacles each week, made every lesson memorable. The Old Testament connections to the New Testament are wonderful and relevant to our faith teaching. We are grateful to Betty and Diane for blessing us with this program and thank God for their inspiration in helping us make Sunday School more meaningful for our children.

The Passover study was amazing for our church school students in SK to Grade 5. They were able to hear about the connection between the Old and New Testaments and God's faithfulness to His people. Not only did the children learn about the various elements of the Passover Seder, but also were able to make a number of items that were used at the closing meal. This Passover meal was celebrated with all of the families and the church body. And what a celebration it was!
